Strength
Strengthening your kid’s body is great for basketball play. Your kid’s 3 primary muscle groups will be strengthened: upper body, core, and lower body. In addition, muscle stamina will be increased, as well.
Athleticism
Playing basketball is all about being athletic. That is running, jumping, changing directions, and being agile. Know this, your kid will improve immensely here.
Conditioning
Often, the best conditioned team wins. The best conditioned players make team and are best suited to make biggest impact on game. Our guarantee is this, your kid will be in great shape!
About Us
Erica Berry
Erica Berry is an energetic entrepreneur and self-starter who believes that the combination of physical strength and mental fortitude can and will, transform lives for the better.
A mother of two, Erica began her fitness journey as a Zumba instructor in 2014 after facing a health challenge of her own. She began to move, slowly at first, gradually building her strength. As she became more fit, her confidence grew in tandem. During this time, she studied nutrition and began to practice intuitive eating, a practice she follows to this day. This way of being supports listening to and feeding our bodies rather than focusing on self-imposed limitations and constraints.
Erica went on to become a Strong Nation instructor in 2017 and a Group Ex instructor in the same year. Growing much stronger in these formats and wanting to help more individuals to understand this powerful mind/body connection, Erica received her Personal Training Certification in 2020.
Erica has worked for the YMCA of Chapel Hill and Chatham County, Ladies Fitness of Pittsboro, Fitness at the Cube and most recently Fit4Mom Chapel Hill. Now she has launched B2Fit Club – believing fitness can be achieved at any size or age. Strong Mind. Strong Body.

Youth Hoops Strength
The Youth Hoops Strength program is for kids (6th – 10th grades), who wants to become faster, stronger, and more confident in preparation for upcoming sporting season, not just basketball.
In addition, the YHS program helps your kid prevent injuries, as well.
Details of Youth Hoops Strength are as follows:
- Eight training sessions
- Meets twice per week
- Session duration is 45 minutes
- 6 – 8 stations
- Interval-style training
